    Bleep bleep.
I would phone them and ask if they can waive the charges.
    Worth a try?

I second what beanie said - please phone and ask, it's worth a try! And how mad is it for 32p over, it means £44 in charges?! I don't know how they justify it at all.

    Keep on plodding x

Phone them :D Most banks have some kind of buffer - where I worked previously you wouldn't be charged if you were within £5 of your limit. If they say you won't be charged, note the time, date and name of the person you speak to ;)
  • No joy:(

Didn't think there would be as they are bastewards when it comes to charges

That's part of the problem Moo it is the buffer:(

I could go £499.99 over & it would still be the same £22 charge

    My fault as I've obviously mis-calculated somewhere:o

Never even been close to going over for ages now:( pants

Will make next month even harder

Only good news of the day is that I got my winter tyres put on the car:) - it handles so much better with them then summer ones - wish I could leave them on all the time!

Anyone else struggling to stay up to a reasonable to e since the clocks changed?

    Honestly I'm ready for bed!:o

Find out the address for their complaints department and have a bash at a written complaint. Most banks have targets for how many complaints they resolve at first attempt ;)

If you're on Twitter, tweet about it and tag them. Decent companies are very responsive to complaints on social media nowadays.
  • Good idea Moo - will give it a bash
