So ..... spreadsheet is really out of date
Pets are all bankrupt! (mixture of boosters all being due at the same time, great offers on food etc)
However, cats are stocked for dry food & litter for at least 2 months - just need some wet for big cat (wee cat has plenty) so should be able to catch up!
Maisie .... well we went to meet the person I got her off yesterday at a show. It was a long day (up at 5:30:eek:) and she was really unsettled by it (she was shown when she was younger and hated it:()
However .... I'm still really struggling to get weight off her - she's had her food cut right down (gradually) and I've shifted a tiny bit ... but ....
Thinking I may have to change her food - which is a booger as I've just got a new sack of her current stuff *sigh*
Had a fabby walk on the beach this morning ...... stocked up on stuff at Mr T later on (went to the big one a bit further away)
Hoping to get everything topped up so when wages drop I've some stuff to help see me throughGrocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Oh boy .... I'm waffling
silly me for not updating before now!
So .... I've found the most fabby meal planning app - it's working really well and helping me stick to menus EXCEPT it doesn't help me remember to get things out the freezer before going to work
I have a wipe board on the fridge .... but that doesn't work
So far.... the only thing that does work - is sticking a note on the cupboard door (where my coffee etc is) as it's right in front of me (I stick appts there too:o) BUT I'm using old envelopes & sellotape which doesn't look great .....
Suggestions of what I could use that might look a bit nicer!
Ta - right ... must go & get on with dinner - bit p'd off with myself as made chicken stock from bones (the 1st time for AGES) on Fri ... put the pan on the glass thing to cool down ... then forgot to put it in the fridge :wall::wall::wall::wall:(and had to throw it out)

When I need to get mince out of the freezer in the morning, or something, I set a reminder on my phone at a specific time which goes off until I make it stop! It works for meBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Ohhhh lordy .... sorry it's taken me so long to reply
Meal plan app is this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dk.boggie.madplan.android&feature=related_apps#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEwOSwiZGsuYm9nZ2llLm1hZHBsYW4uYW5kcm9pZCJd
I like it as you can create a weekly plan & not do anything else BUT there's options to create shopping lists / find recipes as well HTHFunnily enough Rising was just thinking of you earlier & hoping all was well as you have been so quiet.
Had another bit of a blip *sigh* ..... anyway, I'm back now!:)
On hols for the next week or so & one of my pals is coming to stay
Unfortunately can't afford to do much (salary down around £300 / month ) so struggling a bit
ETA pots are a bit screwed up just now- house insurance, landline advance rental were both due in May. Fully paid but has depleted the H&C pot significantly & had to use a bit to balance the books with my salary being short
Clothes is massively overspent as I've had to give in an buy a few bits as I've put on so much weight with the bloomin' drugs
so that's come out my holiday fund
Car due service in Aug (£304:eek:) errrr opps!
Pets are all bankrupt- Managed to get Maisie's booster 1/2 price as my vets matched an offer I had from P@H:T so that saved £20:money:
Hey ho ..... will be joining the NSD thread again in August & updating here much more often (fingers crossed!) and hopefully getting back to my MSE ways as I'm afraid I have been a bit lax lately (haven't really been able to get out & about much & have been buying stuff locally which is much more expensive)
How's everyone? Will try to catch upGrocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
