Just ordered the Luxury refresher as well.
Got so carried away the first time i entered my mastercard securecode wrong and then wondered why the order was refused :rotfl:
Got it right second time though!

I think i need to step away from the computer, my credit card bill is going to be one hell of a shock come january.

Can i just ask if everyone received a confirmation email?
I did for my order the other day but haven't had one for the order i placed earlier.

It is showing as received in my Waitrose account though so i guess it must have gone through ok.

Just wondered if anyone else had not had one?

I think you'll find that the £10 on Topcashback only applies to grocery orders from waitrose.com

The hampers are with waitrosedirect, so cashback probably won't apply.

OMG, £5000(faints) i could never justify that sort of money, even if i did have it to spend on whatever i wanted.

I did take advantage of one of their glitches earlier this year though.

I ordered 2 'wonders of Christmas' on 7th December and they phoned at 5pm today to say they were out of stock, so disappointed:(
I also had my BHS order cancelled today too.....not a good day!

Could someone who ordered one of the fresh hampers(due for delivery between 19th-22nd) and also if you ordered bills book on the same order do me a massive favour and please log into your waitrose direct account and see what it says.

My order is showing as dispatched, just rang them and they think the book has been sent but not the hamper but couldn't say for sure.
On Thursday when i placed the order i did get a dispatch confirmation with tracking but was told then to ignore it as it was a mistake.

Well that tracking number is showing as coming tommorow and they have confirmed as such on the phone.

I am beginning to think Waitrose haven't a clue what they are doing.

Hope i don't get the Refresher hamper tomorrow, it's way too early!!

poppie did you tick the right box for despatch? There were 3 boxes, one said `in time for christmas` and that was the correct box for delivery from 19th. I ordered 2 fresh hampers, one cheese and one refresher hamper, neither have been despatched

It won`t be the end of the world, as I am sure the cheeses will keep and there are only packages of sliced meats, which will freeze

Hi On their website it actually said that the Refresher along with other chilled ones would be dispatched between the 19th-22nd due to the fresh contents.
I ticked delivery in time for Christmas because i knew it would come between those dates.

This hamper contains fresh produce, please refrigerate immediately after delivery. Due to the fresh nature of these products, this hamper is only available for delivery between 19-22 December. (Latest order time is noon the previous day.)

Just hoping that it is the book that turns up tomorrow and not the hamper as well Did you order one of the books as well?

My order is "received" but when I click on the order number, it says it says "The store has encountered a problem processing the last request. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your site administrator." I hope it only means there is a temporary problem and not a problem with the order.
