lots of probs on imutual site. the referral link provided does not work so friends getting miffed as can't sign up. also although logged in and viewing my account a few mins ago not it doesn;t work either. Anyone else having probs??0

Mine was awarded and supposed to be in my paypal account a couple of days later but so far nothing and no reply from my email to imutual

The weekly cut-off for requesting payments is 7am each Tuesday. As you requested your payment last Thursday, it will be processed this week and arrive in your account by Friday. For further information, see What is the schedule for receiving a payment by Paypal?

Hi surfsister
I'm not sure what you mean by the referral link not working. I have tested the link you posted on our forums and it seems to work OK. Note that your friend will need to have registered via your link, have submitted their shareholder details and had them registered before you get credited with a referral bonus. If they've already done this, you could get them to submit a query asking us to credit you with their signup.
With regards to "viewing my account a few mins ago not it doesn;t work either" I assume you were expecting to see your Money Vista transaction. I can see that you visited a couple of hours ago but sometimes it can take a bit longer for the merchant to report transactions to us. If it still hasn't tracked in a day or so, feel free to submit a query and we'll try to help“Official Company Representative
