Hi there, sorry to hear it hasn't tracked for you

Perhaps you could submit a query so I know which account you're referring to and can advise accordingly

My £30 hit my bank today - I'm over the moon with this one.
  • I completed the Moneyvista build my plan section at the beginning for Feb and it hasn't tracked. From reading people comments I understand that it should have tracked by now. Having said that I do find the site useful but I would still like my £30 for signing up to it

Hi there, sorry to hear it hasn't tracked for you. The tracking is handled by Money Vista and a third party affiliate network, and so is not under our direct control. The most likely reason for tracking failures is when you have software security settings that prevent their cookies being stored on your computer.

If you submit a query we'll know which account you're referring to and can advise accordingly :)

  • I just sent a query over.. I love your imutual site and have had something else track already. So it seems strange as to why this one hasn't.

I'm having major issues navigating the money plan on MoneyVista, I'm currently stuck on the pension page and I want to go back to the overview page of the plan but I can't seem to be able to do it. This website seems very non user friendly to me.

Edit: Had to click on the main banner and then click on the plan again to get where I wanted to be. I've finished with my plan well and truly but as of now I'm not tracked in imutual, have given MoneyVista some feedback.
  • Mine has tracked.... Thank you for all of your help in getting the issues sorted... Imutual is an excellent site
  • My £30.00 is now pending so it looks good from my end, so it took at least a few hours to go through to imutual. There's no "finished" button on MoneyVista's plan so it's a case of adding in all your details of income and expense and then waiting for the £30 to get onto imutual, the imutual site is well worth checking out, looks like a great community.
