Just checked my bank and I can see the last payment coming out :j :j :j :j

Phoned MC yesterday and they still have the wrong balance on the account :mad:
It's been a month since I last called to find out what was going on, this time I paid an extra £4.50 over the phone which in theory should completely clear the balance.
I have also put in an unsatisfaction complaint over the phone. If I don't hear in a reasonable time then I will contact an Ombusman of some sort and them send all the evidence I have already sent to MC and Santander.


The only debt I should have left now is £275 to OH


It's very frustrating :mad:

Congratulations, it must be a lovely feeling that you've only got a bit to pay I do understand about needing the final confirmation letter to really top the cake.

I'm looking forward to seeing my credit report this month to see the two debts I've paid actually finished!

I can now proudly announce I'm debt free as from the 23/12/2013.


I would have posted sooner but this is the first opportunity I have had to get my hands on a computer :j


And so a brand new chapter begins........:)
