Eurgh, definitely.. value tomato soup seems to have a habit of dyeing bowls a frightening orange colour.. I dread to think what it does to your insides!

I love the Value washing Up liquid, but I dont use it for wasing up, I use it for taking out stains in the washing, a generous squirt and leaving it overnight to work usually shifts anything, and my OH is an ambulanceman, i dont like to investigate too closely what each mark might be!!!

And considering two seperate people in the food industry have told me not to eat Dairylee (which I quite like) I dread to think what's in it!

Tesco Value soft drinks when I was a student......absolutely vile. Ended up pouring them down the toilet and they dyed the bowl an odd brown colour!
Life in this world is, as it were, a sojourn in a cave. What can we know of reality? For all we can see of the true nature of existence is, shall we say, no more than bewildering and amusing shadows cast upon the inner wall of the cave by the unseen blinding light of absolute truth, from which we may or may not deduce some glimmer of veracity, and we as troglodyte seekers of wisdom can only lift our voices to the unseen and say humbly "Go on, do deformed rabbit again.....it's my favourite". © Terry Pratchett in "Small Gods"

I used to drink the cans of diet lemonade when a student for mixers, but they don't do cans anymore.

I've thought of my worst value product now...its the orange squash. Or maybe it's not value, but just the own brand, but anyway, to me it tastes like there's been an aspirin dissolved in it. Yuk.

I try and buy as little as I can from supermarkets but my budget (£20 for 3 adults) means that every single penny counts..

Wow, that is a tight budget, is that for 3 meals a day and snacks etc ? You have my admiration!
One day I might be more organised...........
