Thank you! This long run in is actually feeling harder to get through than the early days of OPing...I think it's because I really just want to get to the finishing line now...so near yet still so far :rotfl:

Hi
No.65.
I have just overpaid £400 for may, when I logged into my account to overpay it I also found £400 in there from april that I had forgotten to overpay, Grrrr! So I guess technically it's £400 for apr & £400 for may. Very annoyed with myself I should be more on the ball.
Happy OPing all

Slightly later than planned, but updated eventually.
Matt The Chippy both your ops are on. More from fluffysox, rachelww1, kitjos, icklehelen, LavenderBees, Thrifty Pixie, muddywhitechicken, Mint1955, lulabelle1, dave j and Needhelpsaving.
rainbowcattail both your April & May ops are on.
Sundaysgirl I've added your op for June. Also narnie1 - and amended your target.
lulabelle1 I noticed the balance on your signature is different to the one on the spreadsheet. Don't know if I've missed an op.
Welcome Jo4nne. I've added you at No. 134. Let me know if you've any ops you'd like adding from earlier in the year.

Hi everyone :hello:
May I join you please?
I am a regular DFW and we started off here with massive debts which we are making big inroads into. OH came up with the idea to be mortgage free in 2014. At first I wouldn't listen to this because I thought we had to pay off all debts first, then concentrate on MFW but OH has made me see that a mortgage is debt too.
A little bit about us, we have a relatively small mortgage with a lot of equity in our house. Sounds good but we also have an underperforming endowment and unfortunately buried our heads in the sand until it was too late to do anything about it. Because of our debts and the fact we originally entered a Debt Management Plan (DMP), we would struggle to get any sort of new mortgage or loan to pay off the shortfall. If we could get one, it would probably be at a ridiculous rate so paying off mortgage makes sense compared to interest being frozen on most debts.
We are not sure how much we need because we don't have the full figures on the shortfall yet and despite me being pretty financially astute and OH being a maths teacher, we can't work it out
My target is £4000 for the remainder of the year or £500 a month but I may not always make this due to debt commitments and 2 money pits in the shape of our house and car. So can you please put me down for £638.20 for May and I will update each month and add the target figure, if we ever manage to find it out.
I look forward to reading everyone's updates and cheering you all on :T
