I'm joining this today if I may :) Made my first overpayment of the year of £60 today, my aim in 2013 is to make a payment every day of the year and completely clear my remaining £71000 mortgage. I'll need to achieve an average OPment each day of approx. £195. but with various savings maturing this year I hope to pay some 4-fig numbers somewhere along the line.

Monthly mortgage payment is £555.76, but set standing order up for £580.00, so overpay by £24.24 each month.
