    mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012 :D. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k

    First, well done Lavenderbees!! wish I was where you are at, but someday...
    I have made a real mess of this challenge, and will have to bow out, and rejoin next year if I may? Unfortunately, due to various work related reasons, I've missed 2 mortgage payments and am a further 2300 behind, which swallows up any inroads I'd made with overpaying (my overpayments were being paid off my arrears initially). I'll have to dust myself off and start again, and hopefully rejoin you in January??
