I really enjoyed the Asian Art Museum, and I don't typically enjoy art museums. We went on one of the free docent led tours and got a lot more from the visit than we would have on our own. Also agree that the Alcatraz night tour and cycling over the golden gate bridge are great too!0

Followed by a few beers or cocktails in one of the very nice bayside bars, or a lunchtime bite before getting the ferry back to SF.
If you hire a bike it will come with a lock, and there are loads of places to secure the cycle in Sausalito.
The ferries back to SF are cheap and fairly frequent and and you can take your bike on them.0 -
