    Hi Guy's

Just thought I would drop in a quick update. Well the stuff I put on Amazon seems to be doing really well and I now have 4 items to parcel up tonight :T Which means that my buffer money has gone up to £48 :j That's much better looks like I'll be able to pay off about £80/90 off my overdraft this month :j :T That's assuming I can stick to my budgets, I'll go with £80 that way I'm giving my £20 for emergencies (or overspending) but it does mean that I am now in serious need of brown paper!!

It does feel good when unused things make you money... I keep thinking what can I get rid of now!! :rotfl: There might be nothing left to car boot at this rate :D

So feeling very good and motivated and other than the things I need I'm not going to spend anything at Sainsburys. Might pop to post room now and send out my parcels. Yes that's a good idea.

    :D

    WOW!!

My stuff is selling off Amazon like hot cakes!! I have loads to parcel up and post out tomorrow. I now have a £73 buffer!!!!! I'm so excited. I know it's not going to happen every month, but it's great while it is.

It makes me all smilely to think that I could be paying £100 off me overdraft this month. I can't believe I have come so far in such a short space of time. It's unbelievable and so exciting.

Yep and it's better that they make money rather than sit there gathering dust and as some of them live in boxes under the bed I have no excuse to keep them!

It feels good to have a clear out to. I want to try and get my watched DVD's onto one shelf, that's the aim!

Wow well done Lucy sounds like you are having a great day! Are you planning on getting rid of your overdraft limit then? What I tend to do is when I get some extra money, e.g. £50 from ebay, I reduce my overdraft limit by that amount when the money hits my account, thus reducing my limit down. This may not be right for you, but just thought I would suggest it as it has worked well for me - saves the money being affectively *swallowed* into the OD and it reaching its old limit again in no time.

    xx

    Hi Blonde.

When I told my Mum about my debt she set me a target to pay off both my store cards and at least half my overdraft by Christmas.

So far I've paid off one store card and I intend to pay off £100 a month on the other from next month. This month cheque has already gone, I'd done my budget and worked out what I could afford. Then all my Amazon sales came through and it seems sensible for me to pay if off my overdraft as the £100 payments are all budgeted for.

But I am determind to get to my Mum's targets and if possible pay off all my overdraft.

    Thanks guys!

It's great to see it all coming in and it's really motivating. But I know I have my car service due at the end of June so hopfully that wont undo to much of the good work!
