Property Management Company has fired parking enforcers but they are still working!

Please don't call what Rippon has given your vehicle and others a "fine." A fine it is not. Its a scam invoice. Rip it up in his face and see if he tries to put you in a head hold. Then get him for assault.

Oh, your petitness means he would not dare any physical aggression with you. If he did then it a police matter for him. No, he wouldn't dare. All shout and no balls probably any way. I know, I've met and dealt with the likes of him.
Still whatever 'business' he goes under now ignore all fake tickets. And if ever you do see him....rip one up quite near him. And smile.

Thing is he cant do anything they are not AOS members so cant get your details from the DVLA, I realise he may know you live in that estate but he still cant do anything more then ask you to pay.

When he could clamp he had the upper hand as your car was clamped, now he can only try to intimidate.

confront him with a second person filming it on their phone. say something like " you have no legal right to do this , so you get Nothing, lets see you you do something about that"

He if gets agressive report to the police.

He has no right to pursue money for land he does not own and the mangement company who do own do not even want him there.


Chances of getting to court and winning. less than zero.

Ignore all demands and report to police for harassment if he continues.

There's another picture of the fat slob in a local paper down there after he had been rightly beaten to a pulp. Not sure which paper it was.

I sincerely hope it happens to him again. He will get his comeuppance again before long, either that or a cell.

If you paid this, and it was less than six years ago, you can still sue to get your money back. You will have to jointly sue the clamping company, the individual clamper, and most importantly (as they are the only ones with assets) the management company at the time of the clamping.

As for the current lot, as they have no right to even ticket, Trading Standards may be interested, or the police if there is "threatening behaviour" from the PPC chimp - could be got under public order offence.
