I'm counting down the days for my own little lady, can't see her making it to christmas. I can't do it myself though, got a friend on stand-by if I feel she's starting to suffer before passing away naturally. She's 23 years old so will leave a huge whole in my heart0 -
Thank you all.
It's strange having my pillow to myself - but I must have been tired, because I slept from 8pm Saturday night to 11.30am Sunday morning.
I'm going to miss her smartness most of all - she was the brains of the organisation, without a doubt, whether for thievery, acquiring an alibi for breakages, for playing games and changing the rules so she won and for getting into rooms, packaging, the fridge, everything.
I'm now left with one cat as thick as a barn door and the village idiot. They're currently debating as to which one of them owns my handbag, as I left it on the floor when I came in.
My mobile is in my bag. And the landline is within reach.

And now we have two furry muppets leaping three foot in the air and running at a hundred miles an hour in opposite directions because my bag has started to ring and vibrate .
[sigh]
This is going to take some getting used to.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Jojo, so sorry to hear of your loss. I'm in tears just reading that so goddess knows how you feel. She had a good parting though, with you by her side.carpe diem

Hugs to you Jojo. We went through this with our pretty kitty this time last year and it's still raw. I admire the way you dealt with it, and Mitzi knew you were there for her. I'm so sorry.
