Cookiemonsta - love your L'Occ bargains - v nice and v :money:.
This month the UUs keep coming for me - I am worried Jan 2013 will be a bit of a damp squib on the UU front as I have had so many UUs this month. Ah well - here is the latest UU:
Emma Hardie firming eye serum - pleasant enough but no wow factor for me so unlikely to buy again unless it was part of a set as this isn't a HG product for me (unlike the moringa balm which is superb).0 -

Wow well done, what a great bargain!
Well ladies, I think I'm at least semi-cured.... Had a text today to say my Soap & Glory set had arrived in store, went in and promptly returned it straight away, think the lady though I was a bit strange but hey ho... :rotfl: Interestingly they still had at least thirty out on the shelves and its only a small local branch.
So definite progress, although I do think I got caught up in the having to get one moment so when I realised there were still plenty left over days later it made me not want it so much - I think VALM mentioned something similar a couple of days ago. At least I did stop and think this time do I really need it, will I really use it all and the answer in both cases was NO!0 -
INs
from Amarya, forgot to declare!
Neom bath oil
sophyto cleanser, moisturiser and exfoliator
perfume sample
also:
Miss dior sample
UU:
Phillip B hair mask mini - WBA but tbh, i think its overpriced and not much different to my cheaper ones!
neals yard black eyeliner - WBA but its not as black as some eyeliner, good for day though!
Lavera body cream - WBA, nice and thick cream.
Skin Blossom shampoo - WNBA, smells like cleaner and not that brill at foaming!
Skin Blossom conditoner - this was useless so repurposed 2/3 of the bottle as shaving cream
l’oreal everpure conditioner - new HG, cheaper than the Liz Earle and you get more! i think it cleans better too.
Liz earle C&P - HG have got another 2 in the stash.
liz earle IBST Spray - HG but not replacing yet, keen to see if using the avene water spray has an effect/difference. if not, at half the price i may switch permanently!
Essential Care mascara - useless! all it does is makes your lashes that teeny bit blacker and shinyer, nothing like a normal mascara!0 -
Think I'm going to wait till after Xmas to join in this thread properly, I will then do an inventory and see what I can use up over the yr, have to resist boots sale, I still have stacks from last yr
Luckily I don't really get Xmas presents as such (OH and I just buy what we want in the sales). OHs mum may or may not get me some random toiletries
I have been trying to be good by only having one or two bottles open in the bathroom at any one time, I'm currently using up a lush snow fairy that was gifted to me on my birthday (is literally lush and WBA, well, if I could get it reasonably priced) and a s&g wash almighty. I love tht but it is very hard to get hold of now, bar off e-bay. I disagree that the s&g goes off really quickly, but then maybe I've just not had it hanging around for long enough, lol
Eta : I cannot believe how many of the 'best of all' are on e bay at varying price pointsNo more unnecessary toiletries Feb 2014 INS: 24 UU: 13. Mar 2014. INS: lost count, naughty step for me! UU: 80 -
:jYey well done emsjune thats such good progress. Annoying thing with Boots is even if your order hasnt been shipped you cant cancel without going to store and returning it. i've tried before lolDebt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
I've been actually done semi-well this month so far,
UU off the top of my head:
Champneys water mint body scrub - WBA - love this.
L'Occitane cleanser, I think the new green one, not sure of the name, wmba, didn't break me out but felt a bit drying.
+ lots of samples
My in's were the half price latest in beauty calendar (at half price there were some things in there I know I like and travel sizes are handy for Japan next year, plus a couple of things I wanted to try that would have been £20+ to buy on their own) and a box of Bath and Body works handy-bacs (if hand sanitiser counts?) mostly xmas themed so some wil be GA'ed.0 -
UU
Body Shop Satsuma Puree Body Lotion. 250ml - WBA, lovely clean fruity smell!Total debts = [STRIKE]£3116[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]2216[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£2066[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1916[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1766[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1616[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1466[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1316[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1166[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1016[/STRIKE]£866

Well done emsjune. I went into Boots near work the day after and all the sets had gone so I knew it was not meant to be. Bought some L'oreal make up for Emma as she had wanted the free gift! Am going to go into ASDA today to get her the 1D calendar. I was waiting to see what her secret santa got her before buying. And then this is definitely the last thing I am buying gift wise.
3 further OUTS for me:-
Mandara Spa shower gel. Wrapped up for my Secret Santa at work. It's difficult buying for this lady as I've only been with the firm since October and she works part time so when she's in we don't have a chance to chat IYKWIM. Figured that everyone showers :rotfl:
Clinique mascara. Can't remember the name - got it has GWP. Have opened another one. WNBA. Prefer Lash Power.
Elemis Frangipani shower gel (mini size). Have 2 x full sized in my stash and haven't found anyone to gift them to. I do like this and maybe will buy again when I eventually run out.
Have a good day everyone.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
