Evening all, back again after long absence. About £20 potted this week. Can't wait for this year to be over one thing after another.

Last month son broke a bone in his hand and insisted we were wasting our time going to a&e, they thought he had maybe fractured it xray no a bad brake, went back 3 weeks later, holiday Monday wouldn't X-ray it again took cast off said he'll be fine has full movement excuse me had full movement when you said it was an acute break, cast off anyway. Then clutch went on car, so car will be going bye, bye as clutch kit is £400. Not to mention everything else this year.

    Take care all.

    Morning,

Nothing else potted since Weds but at least I haven't spent either! Might just be my weekly £5 going in the pot when I've been paid as I can't afford to take the children out while they are on school hols so I'm planning to just leave the money in the bank. Anyone got any ideas of things we can do that are very cheap/free while they're on holiday? DS1 can take care of himself as he's 18 and he's out at voluntary work alot anyway but its DD1 (14) and DS2 (9) I'm concerned about ~ definitely don't want them playing on their computer games for 6 weeks!

Hope you all have a lovely day

    xx

Morning all. Potting "change" on a daily basis, but not counting it at the moment. Will be more "with it" next week, so should be able to get out and about and have a bit more change for the pot. On the positive side not spending much so bank balance is heaving a sigh of relief :)

    Hey guys,
Massive hubby trouser rummage this morning .....(that's a massive rummage - not a massive hubby.... :D ). All proceeds added to the pot.
Off to Espana next week so will have to have a Spanish rummage while we are away too....

Have a good week everyone. x

Just potted a handful of silver and coppers. Didn't bother to count them, I like a surprise. Got more silver in my purse to go in. Unfortunately I had to spend the three £2 coins I had that were meant for the pot.

    Welcome to any new potters.

Hugs to all who need one.

Just potted 3 x £2 coins and lots of silver, was devastated yesterday when I had to use a £2 coin in a ticket machine!
Sorry I haven't been on much lately, life has intervened in the form of 2 kittens who've taken over the house and all my spare time! They're "helping" me with this so it's taking forever to type :D
    Love & hugs to all

Potted £20 today after doing a booty and selling a few baby bits. Spent half and potted the other half, win, win :-)
