The only time I like jam is an iddy biddy bit on a scone with plenty of clotted cream :D heeheehee. I especially hate it in chocolate cake though lol. However, I'm sure yours would be the exception to the rule :)

As a self-confessed chocoholic, I normally spend at least £1 on chocolate a week. When I went to Superdrug on my lunch break to get a chocolate snack for my afternoon tea break, I almost got a galaxy for 65p when I saw a 4 pack of twixes reduced to 25p! The date on them was the 16th of June, so I bought a couple of packs for 50p! Cheaper than a galaxy and will last much longer! :)

REALLY Dinglefoot??? You have more will power than me then, because I would just munch all those twixes up super quick! :D

Potted £1.20. We took DD to the cinema today (to watch a cheap junior film) and then went to Frankie and Bennys for lunch using a £30 voucher we got for free so it only cost a few quid for the tip. We are now still suitably full so no need for dinner today, may have crumpets for supper if we get hungry later. ;)

Welcome rockpaperspocklizardscissors! :D Hope the OP goes well Lost.

Why ty :D I cant use smarties as they have gluten in, it was originally supposed to be m&m's but minstrel big bags were on £2 and aero bubbles were on a £1 :rotfl: even with a birthday cake, ill go for the cheapest option :rotfl:

ooooo im going to be in sooooo much trouble next week :o, my SIL has put up a pic of my niece and her 2 DD's on fb, the oldest is wearing an 'I love wales' top so I went on ebay and posted them a link to an england football kit saying I should buy it for her to even things up a bit :D. Neice told me to b*gger off , so I just bought one of those print your own tshirts and have got one winging its way to her with 'I love england' on the front and 'because auntie 'jakesmum' lives there' on the back :D:D:D. shes only 3 but I bought a 5-6 years so she can get plenty of wear out of it :rotfl::rotfl:

    Hey potters,

Love and hugs to Sue. Luckycharlie put our thoughts into words. xx

Just realised I've forgotten the usual trouser attack this week. Hubby at work until 10 - I'll have to ambush him in the hall when he gets home for a right old rummage....!! :D

Off to find a piece of cake as craving after reading these posts... xx
