    Morning everyone
Icy start here this morning! 2p road change found walking to work this morning, we have a very early start time on Monday early shift, so we have to get up at stupid O'clock to get here on time. Daily £3 will be potted later when I get home.

That's fantastic GTS - it would be lovely to pay for it from all the change we've been potting like mad people this year :D

I've taken my £4 out of holding piggy plus 5p housework-kill  so potting £4.05 today. Might have some more to pot tonight as I'm taking actual cash to the concert I'm off to tonight with DD. I tend to use my cashback CC most of the time so end up with no change....but it's getting saved virtually instead so it's all good :A

    Have a great day

I think I'm going to try an elimination diet, the OH and I have been out to the local farm shop and H&B to get health foods and lots of fruit/veg :D If I can't do it or feel it's not doing me any good, I'll adapt it to suit my needs better but still continue trying to eliminate things. I've heard you can lose 10lb-15lb doing it and I can't really afford to lose any weight so I'm not sure I'll be able to do it the way the internet says for long.
Hi I hope this works for you although I'd always say check with your doctor before starting because an elimination diet is a serious thing to do and you may miss out on vitamins and minerals if you do it properly.
Also to give you the heads-up that fruit & veg. don't work for everyone, e.g. I have to stick to 2 portions a day to avoid a flare-up. It depends what your triggers are.
Also peppermint made me worse but an imodium every morning works wonders! Good luck with it, I struggled for 20 years but I'm close to OK now so long as I avoid my triggers.

On topic: lovely weekend walking in the rain, and potted about £1 on our return :)
