afternoon.
i had a sort through my purse and popped £1 in my piggy bank.i am just about to go into town though and always get tempted to buy a lovely chicken and bacon roll for lunch.so i thought i'd be very good instead and put the £2.30 i would have spent in the piggy bank instead.:j

Just rushing through so haven't had time to read all the posts, but good luck to those looking for jobs and to everyone who is poorly {{hugs}} and I hope you feel much better soon!

Had change from DS1 from his travel/lunch money for college from last week and some change from food shopping ~ I think about £6 went in my pot although it may be more? Probably won't be much more money potted this week but I shall start with a vengeance again next week!!!

Reckon I have close to £25 now since I started a little over two weeks ago...

There are 302 potting days left excluding today and the 28th November :j:j:j:j Which means I need to pot roughly 91p per day to hit my target £250

Hello All, just to let you know that I am still putting money away in my sealed pot. Apologies for not being around for such an age but life got in the way.

I will make a note on my phone to remind me to check in. I have fibro and at the moment my memory is atrocious, plus I am helping look after my mum two days a week who had a serious stroke last July, so I have been chasing my tail rather the last few months trying to keep up with general household duties.

As I have not had opportunity to read the thread, I do hope that you are all well.

Hi peony40 there are so many people poorly at the moment. Hope you feel better soon and that your mum is on the mend.

I had to buy a new purse this morning but I found a lovely one in my friend's shop and she very kindly gave me 10% discount without me asking therefore I have potted the 40p discount :T

Hi all, DH left a pound coin on the bookcase this morning. Hope he didn't need it cus you all know where it went!

£1.66 potted today change from a prescription, hubby got tonsillitis so will be off work all week which means lack of money (no sick pay) and him in my way :rotfl:
