Afternoon everyone
Two no spend days over the weekend, discovered I'm a terribly unsociable student. Emptied my purse of non-essential change (anything smaller than a 10p, cause the vending machines won't take them). And found a lucky penny on the way home from the estate agents.
Best of luck to all of you fellow job hunters.0 -

my last day will be the day before my birthday unless i can get work from someone

Hi Claire, NSD's are good. You can become more sociable when the weather warms up
Bad weather is a good excuse to stay in and save!

Oh pants, just caught up with thread. Big hugs to those that need them:grouphug:.
I went out on Saturday night and got slightly inebriatedBUT cheekily sneaked my own wine into the theatre
so saved there and a friend drove us down saving on the taxi fare. So £5 popped in the pot, then another £3 today as I remembered to get my petty cash from 2 weeks ago !:D
Looking forward to February, really need to do some proper saving but the potting is keeping me going!:)Make £2020 in 2020 £178.81/£2020

Me and a friend are having a weigh in once a month and whoever loses the least percentage has to pay a forfeit, we had a sneaky look to see where we were on saturday and she has put on a pound and i have lost 5.5. When she discovered this she changed the forfeit from something embarrassing to £5, not that i mind, into the pot it will goI'm afraid i cant take credit for my weight loss, my stomach seems to have decided it is smaller than it is, i had a cup of soup earlier and felt like i'd eaten a three course meal (and not one of the rubbish expensive ones where you have to grab a kebab on the way home) speaking of kebab, mum invited me for a chippy tonight so i will have some pennies to pot finally
