another lovely £2 coin in the £2 coin tin (which is not feeling nearly heavy enough IMHO) and 2 x £1 coins in the big tub

Still feeling like death on legs havent done any comping in about 3 days now as just cant concentrate on the screen think of all those wins im missing

DreamerHelen - good luck and keep your chin up. It's only January and late November is what counts. I also think a holding pot would help you at the moment. Take care.

They seem scarce for myself at the minute and I used to get a few from Sainsbury's. No more potting today due to weather - staying in and keeping warm.
Doing a bit of cleaning up ......................... well cleaning up what's left of the Xmas choccies.

2 x 50p's for the pot Not been out the last few days so not spent anything :j OH keeps leaving me the smaller change from his pocket as he hates carrying it around - in the pot it goes. I think he thinks I'm a bit mad but is always a happy bunny when christmas comes and we don't have to find many pennies for all the presents.
I LOVE my pot even if it is an old bashed tin from last year all taped up!!!

Hi all, have just caught up with the last couple of pages, phew. DreamerHelen, so sorry you had to break into the pot. January is a tough month but as they say in the song 'I get knocked down, but I get again.'

Well I have been a complete numpty, have forgotten 2 days running to get back my petty cash (only for milk and paper) so when I get that tomorrow you know where it's headed. And the £2 coin I had earmarked I had to use for parking . Still, managed 70p so at least the poor pot isn't too hungry.

opened my purse and I sem to have accumulated a shed load of change from somewhere :think: loads and loads of coppers and £1 coins, so another nice handful of change in the pot

Hi Everyone

Been in bed all day with a migraine but feel better now.

Nothing for my pot but did swap 4 x£1 coins for 2x £2 coins as they were in my pot I don't know why but I couldn't let those £2 coins go out in the wild could I . My DH thinks I'm mental!!!
