I have split my ot in half, and am putting the £1 and £2 coins in 1 part of it, and the other change in the other part of it.

Hi Everyone

Have had a cooking weekend Victoria sponge black forest gateaux some cup cakes and scones!!! Today syrup pudding eldest son and family coming for lunch and it's his favorite.

Its OK I am freezing most of it if DH lets me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

No I do not like snow yes when it first comes down but not when its on the roads and then on the paths and ends up slippery :(

welcome to the newbies... hope you enjoy being part of this thread.

been potting my usual £1 per day, got a shiny £2 coin off DH and I had a couple saved in my purse so all three went into the owls head. Raided my purse and got £2.88 in scrapnel and DH gave me his change £1.64 so in the VW camper that went. DH was on the kitchen floor finishing off a bit of DIY and a £1 fell out so I picked that up and put it in the VW camper pot. All ticking over nicely ta.

Its very cold here in Suffolk and the birds have had their feeders stocked up and the frozen bird bath is now unfrozen and the starlings have been bathing.

Hope the hedgehogs have found a nice warm place to snuggle into (had one in the garden about 2 weeks ago, a bit bizarre at this time of year!).

Have just sold my car, I've had it for 13 years and it was secondhand then! Got £180 so popped £20 in the pot. The rest I'll pop in my grocery purse and see how long it lasts me!

No snow here, hate the ruddy stuff!
