    Afternoon everyone

Just been shopping (with cash to help keep to budget) so have 49p change to pot!! Plus put a quid in there for some cereal I took out of Mossy's Market. ;)

Today I paid the lady in L!dl with a £20 note and she gave me £25.01 change back  fortunately I noticed before she closed her till and told her she'd given me the wrong note!! As nice as it would have been to 'earn' money on the shopping, would have been horrible for her later on in the day when she was trying to balance her till!! It was nice to start the New Year with a good deed!! :D

:www: savings are going well, added a couple more hundred pounds to the account from Christmas presents etc. We want to start looking in April so don't have long to save, but we'll get there!!
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!

Absolutely MrsP, welcome to the challenge, grab yourself a sealed pot or make yourself one!! :D Sue will be along soon and she'll give you a number. You'll keep this number forever so put it safely in your signature! ;) You can keep a count of what you save and put it in your siggy or wait and get a surprise when we all open our pots later in the year. :)

If you're not sure about anything read the first post at the beginning of this thread as that should answer most of your questions but if you need any help just ask. We're all full up from eating too much over Christmas and New Year so I can assure you we won't bite!! :rotfl: :D

Very many thanks indeed go to sparky!!! :T:T:T You've been brilliant with all the counting up,there for me too whenever I've needed help too :kisses3: but please, get that spreadsheet ready again for next year as I've already had word that Martin's linking us from his newsletter today!!
