I am moving countries for 3 years or so, so I had to sell my pride and joy. I will however be purchasing another but will only to buy a cheap run around, there is no need for a fancy car anymore. I learnt from that mistake when I bought brand new nearly 4 years ago.
Anyone who would ask me should I buy brand new? I would say NO. Buy nearly new for thousands less.
However, I'm in a position now to buy tax free, so that is a good reason for me to buy another new car, but that is not the plan at the moment

I have £85 in the bank till I get paid in 10 days time, and loads of food and petrol, so no problems. By coincidence my next credit card bill will be £85. So I'm going to try spend nothing but the odd money in my purse till I get paid, so I get a "free" credit card month. To help me against temptation, I'm leaving my debit card at home  . I must rememember this before I get loads of stuff scanned through in the busy M&S fooodhall!Save £12k in 2022 thread #7:

Listed my dolls on fleabay today and have 16 watchers already. I know it doesn't mean much until they start bidding, but I'm just a tad excited. I do hope they bring in some money!Pay off all your debts by Christmas 2025 no. 15 £0/69490

Been reading-up on stoozing credit cards today - so signed-up for the M&S 0% card for 15 months. Reckon this will generate about £100 extra to go into this year's savings target.
After reading about others' efforts to generate some cash, I think I also need to start scouring round the house for a few items to put on fleabay!Save 12k in 2013-2014-2015-2016-2017-2018-2019-2020-2021-2022 - then early-retired.0 -
