so although hubs is working this week and is on a big job that will pay well, last week he had next to no work and has only been paid enough to cover his petrol. as we now need food im gonna have to take money out of the savings to pay for it.

i'm trying to stay positive and think..at least we have the savings there for this kind of problem, where as before 1) we had no savings and 2) i'd of had to put it on my credit card or just go further into my overdraft.

its now over 6 months since i've spent on my credit card or gone into my overdraft so i need to think of it as as a good thing rather than PANIC that hubs hasnt been paid.

    everything will be ok

6 days left til pay day on a lonnnng 5 week month and i still have £50. im very proud.

debt juggling - my bc 0% is running out this month. my virgin are doing 0% on BTs for the next year. so i've transferred my BC to my virgin. i was going to look for a new credit card to tranfer to but, but i'd rather just have the one. i know obviously i havent reduced my debt (actually its gone up by £80 for the transfer fee) but its all in one place, i'll be making 1 payment and its still all going in the right direction :)

payday today & still had £45 in my bank! go me!

Lodger moves out this weekend! WOOOOOOOOOOOO

have to give him some money back for Junes so savings not quite as high...but saying that in November i had £0 in savibngs & now got £3k we're doing ok :)

should be ok this month. going to have a few quiet weekends now we're going to be doing the nursery. we have the paint & skirting so only have to buy the annoying little bits like brushes, rollers etc. have got one weekend away for our wedding anniversary though but paid for half of the bnb already so shouldnt be too expensive :)

bought the annoying bits on wednesday so all paid for now. and as my weekend plans have changed and only having a take away with my friend rather than the budgeted night out...works out well :)
can not wait to get started on the nursery!
