Hiya, I got my parking eye letter last July, 2nd a short while later and nothing since. Its now 8 months on, do you reckon theyve given up? or do you always get the full set?

They sometimes give up with no letters! I got a fake PCN from Britannia Parking in the summer and never got a follow up at all. Yet with other PPCs you sometimes read on forums about the same letters being sent twice!
Who knows and who cares, if they waste their p&p on you that's a good thing as you clearly know it's a scam.
You also do not have POPLA as your fake PCN was prior to October 2012 so there was no point in you appealing of course and they were always very easy to ignore. If you got another one now I would say appeal and then appeal to POPLA (then ignore is unsuccessful), if the new incident was in England/Wales since Oct 1st 2012. We have noticed that POPLA are starting to agree with some of our points!

Continued events from Feb 15th. Have now received next letter - the 5th (NOT from zenith Stroma) but still from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd. They now say if no payment they will "recommend to the landlord that they commence county court proceedings in order to resolve the situation." The rest of the letter attempts to scare by talking about the consequences of a a judgement on my credit rating. Also a list of fees including £72 Solicitors cost -seems cheap to me!! I will continue to ignore.0

It's just garbage, if they had a case it would already be at a stage where mcol would be involved. The landlord is not going to get involved with court, why would they get involved in this when the whole purpose was to get away from responsibility in the first place?
Just continue to ignore, Zenith will write and you'll know you are one step nearer to end of scam for you .When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
