Kipling bags and purses offers (genuine items only please)

Gutted they've gone up in price - I shouldn't have dithered earlier on in the week. Had a Garan in my basket and just couldn't decide. Now I can't have it I really want it!

Where is it not free returns Amazon? Because I returned one today (my firlefly) and they said it was free returns. I asked on live chat as the Blake snake didn't say free returns.

I've noticed that the free returns disappears when I log in. I rang Customer Support a couple of days ago and they said that all bags sold by Amazon (not sellers on Amazon) still have free returns. I've got Amazon Prime membership so not sure if this is a glitch??

I haven't actually tried to return anything yet so not sure whether I was given the correct info.

Well it used to say 'free returns' on the page when you ordered - along with free delivery.

Now it just says you can have it gift wrapped and no mention of returns so I assume you have to pay - unless you can say there was a fault with the description like size different or wrong or colour not as expected - or a problem like Flo said with the zip or something.

Probably your Firefly had free returns on it when you ordered? As until a day or two ago they nearly all seemed to have it - if you offered from Amazon and not another seller.

I checked every bag I've ordered and they all say free returns. 'Free delivery/free returns' so I've gone ahead and ordered even if not 100% sure, like the Garan in burnt sienna anyone have a bag in burnt sienna?

I'm hoping it will be good with my new blingy gold watch which my husband describes as very Essex.

I love the very Essex bit :rotfl: think everyone has a bit of Essex. I deal with Essex people all the time over the phone including rylan!!!! There are some funny ones

This is very confusing. I notice on the item page it says free delivery and free returns. Just looked today and the Auriane still says free delivery and free returns. But I have spotted this in the T&Cs link (which suggests we can still return for free within 30 days - in any case I think we have a strong case to argue if they do try to charge us):
