Experts help please....this is the real uki wallet but if you search uki on amazon there is a red bag which looks to me more like a palmbeach and its only £20.70 d0 you think I'd get the palmbeach if I order or the proper uki?

It was this one....advertised as a uki wallet in red but is actually a palmbeach.....has gone up in price since though

I've washed mine a few times with no problems - 30 degree wash, and I put them in one of those little net laundry bags.

I'm not so sure about the ones with lacquer finish though - but I have a vague feeling someone on this thread posted a while ago that they had washed one with a lacquer finish and it came out fine.

Yes 30 degree wash, no tumble drying. Remove the monkey first!

They say you can only wash the plain colours. So not lacquer, patterns or, of course, leather.

:D Twas me :o I wash most of my Kiplings on a 30 wash. Have washed a lacquer one & many a patterned one.

Accidentally washed a monkey once & the name tag frayed & was unreadable after :o

:naughty: Remember always a 30 wash.

I've learned my lesson :o A 40 wash makes the fabric very crinkly :o

Can I ask something, well two things actually....
    1. Can you safely use a kipling as a swimming bag without the colour transferring? I want a green or pink yacht M.
    2. I got three uzario wallets from amazon (returning 2), all the coin sections hardly open out at all, do they loosen up over time or do they stay like that?

    :)

    1. Yes - but the colour from your wet clothing could transfer to your Kipling :)
    2. Stay quite tight :(

  • Hey guys, I am considering an emoli, but not too sure on the size. Does anyone have one, how big is it? The dimensions don't sound that big to me.

There's also a practi-cool which looks more of the size I want (I.e fairly big, I want it as a day bag.)
