Hmmmm.... I don't think I like the way this is going. It would definitely make me think twice about ordering with them.0

I think it's fair enough them putting a limit on it, and the items exluded will remain competative.
Besides, it's very rare that the Kipling bags fall below £100 -
The supersaver delivery is what sets them apart from other websites. They are getting greedy.0

Also have lots of problems with returns lately - they will do a postal label sometimes - but not with free postage - so I had to take it to the PO and then scan the receipt for a refund.
Have two waiting to go back now via van which hasn't come - same as the previous time - so have had to email again and give all my details - yet again.
Also had a book delivered that said it had a signature/autograph but didn't - now returning that but again its PO and keep the receipt.
Definitely not such a user friendly firm as before - I do complain but no one listens!Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -

I love the free postage and free returns - but lots of websites do offer free postage these days. I've noticed Amazon can sometimes be quite slow at posting stuff out lately, which is a bit of a shame but I don't really mind the wait if I've got a bargain!
Snap ant - is the bag you've received the same as the one in the pic (ie part print and part plain) or is it in the printed fabric all over? I think the one in the pic is lovely.0 -
I also ordered a Delphine from Debenhams in beige, it's arrived but is a pink, white, green combo - the despatch invoice says its supposed to be beige! Similar pattern to the purse from the Alvar combo I bought from Amazon.
Not sure whether to keep it as it could get grubby easily?
I didn't like the flash blue, felt it was a bit over powering.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
