How long have you actually been with the company?
If it was after I think Apr 5th this year then they can dismiss you easily without following procedure and as long as its not for any reasons that are protected by law (Ie discrimination such as gender, sex etc) for the first two years (if employed before Apr5th this year its 1 year)Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -

been 14 month but i was employed before april so its 1 year for me0 -
There may be little to stop the employer dismissing on a whim and taking their chances with a tribunal hearing.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0

I must give my company credit on this matter, they follow their disiplinary procedure to a T.0 -
If you believe the acuation is unfounded then you could consider a grievence even before the disiplinary has got to the appeal stage.
If they go by the book then the grievence should be followed up.0 -
I really try not to post here that often any more. So this one is easy and I don't have to be polite about it. Spit it out or stop wasting peoples time. Nobody in their right mind can give you advice based on this amount of information, and playing coy is helping you not one bit. Can they sack you tomorrow? Yes. Can they sack you fairly in law tomorrow - well that is anyones guess. If the employer has you by the balls, then tomorrow is a good bet. Or the day after possibly.

Ok but it will be a long post.
A few weeks ago I had a meeting regarding conduct. I took it on the chin and said I would improve. I had a further meeting a few weeks later. She said I had improved, and to keep it up. More complaints where raised after this. But only seems to happen when two certain individuals are on shift with me.
They seem to give me dirty looks and all complaints are false. None of the false complaints are implying gross misconduct and I have not yet had a formal meeting with HR or anything in writing for reprentation no warnings given or anything like that.
She did say im moving in the right direction, just a few things to improve on.
I need to know how long it takes to go through the warning process and if false reporting is a form of harassment. Warranting a grievance.
A good example of this is one of them specifically treats all the others better if they slip up majorly nothing is said. I tried to be nice the other day and said would you like some tea she snapped and said NO I don't.0 -
Might be paranoid,
next time you have a meeting if they raise anything new that is false, just tell the person you know these complaints are rubbish........
there is obviously a real problem just make sure that gets fixed.0
