I havent paid my Vodafone bill - How do I talk to a REAL person?

They can't default you without issuing a default notice giving you time to sort it out and pay the bill. If you pay within the time scale given - no default. If you ignore it - default.0 -
Utterly disgusting how they do default when you have previously been in touch with Vodafone and explained situation. Particularly when you haven't received a bill and you request another so you can check.
You may be referring to something else but my reading of the OP post is they didn't pay the bills and left them to mount up to clear later. They don't mention contacting Vodafone until the OP was ready to pay and by that time the phone was restricted due to non payment.
The OP also said they could access the bill online, and saw the extra charge.
Vodafone publish their phone number, the offer a call back service and they have physical store you can cal in to. The OP could have used any means to contact them to talk about the account before it was restricted, but didn't appear to.
I have sympathy for the OP, it can be hard to cope with a loss of income, but it sounds like they left it without contacting Vodafone, who presumably having seen a bill stop being paid with no contact from the account holder froze it to prevent further debt.0 -

It does not take much for them to get in touch with you. they are very quick to harass you when contact renewals are up. Grrrrrrrrrrr. So fed up with the service I have received. However, someone is finally been very helpful, bearing in mind the issue was the middle of Aug and it is now Dec!!!!!!
