I'm starting to think Free sim is the way to go. So many people in contracts are always barking about somthing. At least with a free sims you cant make 23 hour long calls, you only pay for what you use. With my contract I always have to pay extra for 0845 numbers and even free-phone 0800 numbers. Recently I looked at Vodafone Free SIMs page and it seems they are giving their PayG customers all these freebies (free minutes, text and data) in addition to their top-up. It just seems that Contract customers are getting a raw deal ::think:0

For the love of an English Dictionary.
How are companies not seeing how poor an experience having offshore staff is.
That's just put me off moving to Vodafone completely!
OP I hope they get this sorted out for you!0 -

Someone's got to pay for the subsidy on handsets, payg & contract alikeSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
And people slaughter GiffGaff and the like because you cannot ring a real person to sort things out when there is a problem. Cases like this show that 'ringing a real person' is over-rated as nothing gets sorted out either! (it just costs more)0
