    Thanks Beccie :)

That concert went on longer than I anticipated. My nephew started cheering loudly after every song. It made the other children laugh, which only encouraged him. Bless him.

Just enough time to eat my mid-morning snack and then I'll have to go and pick my friend up. Need to get diesel too after mine mysteriously depleted on Friday (wonder how that happened ).

Been so busy the past few days, I haven't had time to post. I've had loads of work (which is good) and getting OH prepared for his trip has been work in itself (you know what men are like!!).

Aiming to get my work done during the day so I can chill out tonight. I'm going to watch a movie me thinks, maybe even 2!! :D

    Hi Em,

Has the OH left/is leaving today then? Whats your movie plans for tonight? Out of interest have you see Frank and robot (or something like that), I don't know if it is worth spending the £5 to watch it at the cinema, and now there is no blockbuster to rent from!

    Take care :D

    Hey Pap :)

He's leaving at lunchtime (he's at work right now).

Not sure what films to watch tonight. Probably something on Sky I haven't seen yet. I haven't seen Frank and Robot yet (not sure what it's called either, but I have heard of it). Will just be nice to have the TV all to myself ;).

    I hope you're well.

:hello: So is he coming back home before leaving or is that you free for 10days? Ohh wonder whats on tonight? I hardly ever watch movies at home now, I have recorded Alice in wonderland from christmas may watch that later/tomorrow. It is indeed called Robot and Frank, I think I was drawn to it becasue of my job...
Set in the near future, Frank, a retired cat burglar, has two grown kids who are concerned he can no longer live alone. They are tempted to place him in a nursing home until Frank's son chooses a different option: against the old man's wishes, he buys Frank a walking, talking humanoid robot programmed to improve his physical and mental health. What follows is an often hilarious and somewhat heartbreaking story about finding friends and family in the most unexpected places.

Mmm tv all to yourself! I hardly get that these days unless Mum has my computer or I am off work. I guess yours is much the same?

:rotfl: Yes I wantd a change from the dog in glasses so googled cat in glasses and this image had me in stitches. I am thinking about getting it printed to hang in my bedroom.

Have a great man free 10 days!

He's popping back home to get his car and suitcase, but I'm not sure when and I'm off to my mum's in a bit, so probably won't see him again. We have said our goodbyes and I've asked him not to return with a broken leg - I don't think I could handle playing nurse for a few weeks!!

Alice in Wonderland is okay, bit weird though.

Ahh so peace and quiet, I hope you have fun at your Mum's does she have your nephew (?) today? :rotfl: If he does come back with a broken leg, you will have to drive him to his parents and leave him there ;)

I must admit its not high on my priority to watch it. Just had a gander and Robot & Frank is only on at one cinema quite a few mile out for me so that rulles that out. Certainly want to see The odd life of Timothy Green, so if you get to see it first/free please put a review up ;)

    Have a good film evening/weekend.

My mum didn't have my nephew today. She has a few weeks off because of Easter and she has some jobs on next week.

I can just see me shoving OH out of the car at his parents and driving off quickly before they get the chance to say no!! :rotfl:

I'll let you know if I see that film. Haven't had any freebie viewings in my area for it.

I hope you have a good weekend too :)
