Oh dear, I have fallen out with Tesco!

Well if they don't want your custom, don't give it to them. I've gone with Ocado and Sainsbury's and they've been faultless. All of the supermarkets deliver nowadays so I'd expect there's a fair bit of competition, so really surprising how they don't seem bothered about you!0

We have done, used Asda last week, very good and no silly substitutions, trying Sainsburys this week as have a £12 off voucher code. Sadly we don't get Ocado here, have heard they are very good, so a bit of a shame that0

I don't know if you have considered this, but a post on their Facebook page seems to be a good way to get a result, and pretty quickly too. Especially during office hours. I hope you get it sorted.

Ooh hadn't thought of that.....I will do that!
Thanks!0 -
I had an email response this morning, just saying 'sorry you were dissatisfied' and giving me a £10 eCoupon off next grocery order over £25.
A nice gesture but how am I supposed to use it if they've already said that they will not be delivering to my house again?!
Plus I'd already told them I would not be using them again'0 -

They are hashing it massively here, a post on facebook again me thinks stating that they have just given you a £10 code as an apology for home delivery...but they have banned you!Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -

I use Ocado and have also recently started using Sainsbury's. Both are very good. Ocado's website is easier - in my experience - to use than other sites. Both have been very good so far. Ocado have even chucked in the odd nice freebie (once got a free bottle of wine as a "thank you for buying wine from them"). Once they were late, but their customer services sorted it all out for me very quickly and gave me £20 off my shopping as an apology.
Ocado also often do new offers for new customers and free 6-month trials of their delivery pass (which basically means delivery is free for 6 months).0 -
I'm trialling Sainsburys this week, £12 off a £60 shop so will get the Christmas alchofrol in!
I imagine their 'explaination' for the voucher would be that I could use their click & collect service rather than home delivery.
I've been given an email address by a lovely MSE forum member for a head honcho in dot com and I've fired off an email saying how I do value the offer of a voucher but a) how do I use it and b) I'd much rather they address the problem of the drivers attitude first and foremost.
I don't want compo, just an assurance the guy won't do it again to anyone else.0 -
Not sure why you are still complaining to them if you are never going to use them again. Surely it wouldn't make a difference what ever they gave you or is there a tipping point when you would use them again, say £20 off or maybe £30??If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550
