My cousin foolishly moved his 20 year pension over to Lothbury last December and unfortunately has now found out that they have gone bump. Can anyone give me any information as to what he needs to do now or who he can contact for some help to see if there is any chance of recovering anything?

Whatever happened to the case with Lothbury Pension Administration?
I thought this was going to court a year or so back. but don't recall seeing anything about it for many months?0
