Apparently the first court date is just an intermediate diet to see how the land lies between the relevant parties

"I am entitled to spend the money i have earned in fees" Daniel Mack tells the Daily Mirror.
Earned? The fees were for providing a service - which nobody has ever got.
"If you knew who i was you would have a lot more admiration for me" he also states.
Yes Mr Mack, blowing 300k of peoples pension money in 1 month is an admirable quality.
This man shouldn't be allowed to run a bath never mind a company.

To all creditors of Lothbury- you will soon receive a letter asking if you want a judicial review into the whole saga. This will be to look at putting your pension money BACK into where it came from (e.g. Prudential, Standard Life etc).If more thn 50% of us say no to this, we will then have the option to claim the money which is ours and take it as cash (which is what we all signed up for in the first place).
Lets get this sorted out and not drag out for months and months. Say NO to a judicial review.

Won't there be a tax penalty if you receive a cash settlement though?
  • In Clarions latest effort they say £960,000 was deposited into the Lothbury account but only £765,000 has been claimed.Did Santa put in the rest?
