Nick Cusack said in his last email that the impending case in Leeds wouldn't cost as much for their travel etc
This new case has nothing to do with the "work" they were doing on our behalf so it shouldn't be costing us creditors anything. They should be footing the bill for their appeal not us0 -
waggy did cusack tell you he met with mack last monday?0

if we lose we will foot all their legal costs since november0 -
No he didn't.Thats not bad,its only taken 6 1/2 weeks. Not quite sure what happened to these "broad sweeping powers" we were told about when they came in to save us.Strange how it happens the week before they send out the reports on what they've done.Got to make it look good and justify your sky high fees i suppose0

waggy the best question you can ask cusack and nooky bear at the moment is what their fees are up to press.including clarions fees as a creditor this is a question that needs addresing ask via e mail as there is a written record and can be produced at a later date i am quess timating we have done in your pension on legal fees to press:(0 -
Wilson Field/Clarion will try to stiff us for costs simply because we are defendants and they are the claimant. Obviously works both ways, and we should all be claiming costs for the proceedings from them.
and that i will ive just peroozed my accounts until wilson field raised their vile head at the leeds high court in november my costs are at 6 421 pounds i am looking to them to be liable if /when they fail in getting our pension money in our 5th time in the high court .0 -
Any idea when the next court case is?
I've already asked Nick Cusack what their fees are - he refused to say.Still, according to his last email we should be getting a detailed report this Friday, will make interesting reading.Paper takes on anything i suppose0 -

ring ryan millmore 01132 223246 he works at clarions for wilson field he has yet to ring me back to tell me when the court date is however i will try daily until my question is answered as for cusack e mail him every day asking how much their /our costs are to press by e mailing him it shows him avoiding the question and can be shown to the judge at the next court date to prove that wilson field have been avoiding the question ....once a day every day.0 -
