No email here either, doesn't sound like anyone's got one so I wouldn't worry (yet).

Same here... 3 x purchases (all different cards) and no emails for any of them. Guess they aren't sending the email immediately (or at all?). I'll just keep an eye on my statement then start the fight if I have to!

According to their FAQ on the westendvip dot com page, they should send an email...:

4. How do I know my purchase has gone through and I will get the statement credit?
You will receive an email to the email address that you registered your Card with. This will confirm that you have successfully claimed the offer.

I also purchased at O2 and M&S on 2 different cards in Oxford street.
Got 2 emails (one per card) surprisingly for Shop small !
I think they have not updated their emails.....

Just wondered what would happen if you return any of the qualifying purchases in the future? John Lewis allow you to return items at any time in the future - no time limit - so can't imagine how Amex would keep track if you were to return something a couple of months from now. Any ideas?

Hubby & I made two purchases £50+ in Boots today and never received any emails.

Also made four purchases yesterday from the Shop Small promotion and never received any emails unlike last weekend when we made other purchases we did :S

I've had 5 shop small emails this weekend but no emails for my £50 purchases on 2 cards

I wouldn't worry yet. I know its a different promotion, but last week I used the foursquare promotion to get 3 x £10 off GAP, and today the tesco £10 of £50. On all four of these occasions I received a foursquare message confirming I was going to receive the cashback.

On another purchase inbetween these on Wednesday at Argos for 2 x £5, I received no message at all, yet the cashback suddenly appeared in my account yesterday.

Indeed and even if it didn't track, a quick call to Amex would sort it out.
