You could'nt buy even direct TT customer care from a third party company, its worse than their third party call centre's abroad :rotfl:SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

Update - my dad's router was an old one and the engineer said that his connection speeds had been turned down at the exchange.
His speed is back up to 10 mb/s so all is good.
More interesting is the fact that I have a fault on my talktalk service and when the CS person said I would need an engineer he advised I should talk to the "customer loyalty" department who said I could have a free engineers visit.0
