There is a section- 1st class. Very rarely any children and if there are they get 1 to 1 attention from a stewardess.

Seen plenty of children in business class and virgins UC and would hardly know they were there tbh , must be the extra room ....god knows I feel like screaming in economy and thats before we've taken off lol

I did say sorry at the time :o

I thought you said shorry :rotfl:
  • An old tread I know but after sitting next to a highly undisiplined child on a 5 hour flight my view has now changed. It was a journey from hell and the crew seemed unwilling to do nything. Told no spare seats.i now have joined the bring in "Adult only sections Club" on all flights. Also make the parents more responsible. Drunks are banned so why not badly behaved families.
  • Don't get me started...we fly regularly and if a child starts kicking the back of my seat, I do not hesitate to stand up, speak to the child directly, ask it to stop kicking the seats, then ask the parents would they like change seats with us to endure what their darling is doing. We travel business class most of the time. i have tackled a couple young men who decided to rock and kick the seats..boy did they know the Battleaxe was speaking to them.. Yes we flew with our children and they were threatened with death if they so much raised a voice, cecided to try and run around, it was perseverance on long haul flights with them but they learnt quickly. They had enough things to keep themselves entertained, if they didn't want to read, colour in or whatever, they were told to sleep. I have been guilty of putting brandy in the baby's bottle of formula, but in this day and age, I doubt if I could get away with it.

    Adults only section yes please.....
  • I have just picked up this thread whilst looking for something else. I fully concur wit the opinion that there should be an adult only section. also parents should made to be more responsible if their children get out of hand and possibibly issued with a written warning by the airline saying that any further incidents and they will be banned.
