Is a list of the PPC's letter chains, pre october 2012 but very similar.
Euro car parks rarely go to court as it never has been favourable for them however when they have, have a look at this!

Further the CEO of Euro car parks has gone on record previously and said that they do not go to court. Obviously when they do believe their own lies and go to court like the case above, it does not hold up in the eyes of the law.
They rarely win, so they will appoint any scare tactic that they can to bully you into paying the fine. Remember they are not the owners of the land and cannot justify their "penalty" as they have not incurred any loss personally. The fact that they can't even call their penalty's a fine is enough to ignore as it cannot be upheld legally like the police and council can - just ignore!
REMEMBER: they are just looking for your hard earned money in the one way they know how - and thats employing scamming tactics, a scammer will try anything to have you doubt yourself and pay up!0 -
I'm disabled and last year I parked in a small shopping outlet with 4 shops you have a 2hr time limit=30 minutes in each shop, well less because you have to get out of the car park within 2hr's it took me about 8-10 minutes to walk between shops and stop to rest and put my shopping in the car.Euro car don't have a person on site they photograph your plate as you go in and as you come out and work out how long you've been in there, so I got my 'fine' through the post a month later, and I refused to pay, so far I've had 7 letters from debt collection companies all threatening me with court if I don't pay X amount but if I pay within the next 7 days they will reduce it to in some cases less than £40!! Their just chancing their arm and hoping the letter scare people enough to pay anything. Just don't pay I didn't and I won't their bullies don't give in just file in the right place and forget about them!!0

All this victimisation of disabled people should NOT be ignored!
COMPLAIN to the right people - and anyone who has paid, demand a refund and apology.
An expired or a dropped/forgotten Blue Badge makes no difference - it does not mean the need to use the bay and the disabling condition has suddenly 'gone away'!
For those who were in a single retail store car park then complain to the retailer's Store Manager (not a Duty Manager) and then to the Head Office about the Equality Act breach. Like in this post I just made on a thread:

In a Retail Park again it's easy, complain like this lady did to the landowner or Managing Agent (usually easy to find by Googling, often mentioned in local newspaper articles about the Retail Parks):

Please everyone, put this on Facebook too, spread the word among friends and never ignore this sort of harassment of disabled people. You just need to direct your complaint to the 'hand that feeds' the parasite PPC (never the PPC themselves unless you just want to copy them into your complaint to show them what action you are taking!).
Make the retail store, or the overall landowner/agent of a Retail Park, realise that the actions of their agent are actually illlegal and as part of your assertive complaint, why not suggest that you are about to sue both parties over it (scare them).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
