Forum rules prevent mortgage brokers from recommending or suggesting a specific lender.

It may also be deemed by the FSA, who regularly trawl forums such as these, as advice.

Think about it. XYZ mortgage broker on MSE recommended the Anytown 2 year fixed rate of xxx%. Client applies for it then decides later down the line that he has an inappropriate product. He would have the recommendation in black and white and, whilst maybe not a justified complaint, the broker would still have to face some financial outlay should a complaint be persued and followed up on.

It is a very desperate broker who relies on the results of posting on an internet forum to obtain business.

No I would see that as touting for business. He is welcome to PM me if he wishes.

CODE OF CONDUCT DOES NOT ALLOW BROKERS TO REQUEST A POSTER TO PM him/her

Once again trying to stirr trouble. there is no REQUEST here.

Sense of humour between 2 brokers

Humour = something you havent got go and find some as I am not allowed to advise how to get it.

Andrew Smith puts the situation perfectly and you get on your high horse and use it to create trouble. As Dunston said what are you doing here you have brought nothing to this thread but trouble. You can run to mummy and Daddy moderator if you like but you will never beat me. If you look at all the helpful advice given by myself and the other brokers you should be grateful that we bother to give time up because without us you wouldnt have a tiny clue and it really would be blind leading the blind.

Just type in to google "no broker fees"
Keep the " and select uk sites. you could search within sites for whole of market as well

I thought it was a good helpful answer. I cant be responsible for how websites rank can I?
Kenshaz will probably complain its touting for business but never mind.

Once agin trying to cause trouble. What was the OPs question? He wanted to be referref to a No Broker Fee whole of market Internet site. Thats what I told him to do I told him to use UK only because if you dont you end up with all the american sites which are no use as the have different rules and work in dollars.
Why dont you answer Dunstons question and explain what you bring to this forum other than trouble.
