No we dont charge fees but I dont but I dont want to be seen as touting for business so use google to learn a bit about it. Search Uk pages as mortgaes differ round the world and type in "Gifted deposit mortgage finance"

Once again just causing trouble and trying to stop genuine posters getting information that they request and need.

Yes but we want the right type of broker with the correct intentions examples HelpWhereIcan,Payless,Andrew Smith,Herbiesjp,MarkyMarkD,LeonW and of course impartial Jamesd and Andy Wallace all give excellent advice and are here for leisure.
Non put coded google messages into their posts giving links to websites.

MM but you tell us that you are wealthy, one of your posts mentioned that you the value of your house and your salary,not only you Mr Helpful describes his life style and you tell us about the car he drives ,what else are we supposed to believe.
But I know that you have a heart,and you speak from the heart.

Dunstonh is not a mortgage broker and I am also absolutely sure that he behaves in a correct manner on this site,I do not necessarily agree with his attitude but he is honorable.
Toonfish ,I know nothing of him/her therefore I cannot comment.
