Mortgage Adviser Trainee - Magazines?

In fairness to Kenshaz ( and I've had my battles with him also in the past) all I recall him stating is that as Shameless should follow the rules by using a standardised signature , given she is now posting on the mortgage board as / soon will be an adviser .. things after that just got out of hand
perhaps if her threads were on the small business board ( or on a broker site like cherry ) the isssue would not have need be raised .
I sometimes think that geniune posters must be put off by the regular problems on the mortgage / investment boardsAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
I think it is quite right for Payless to ask for the Mr H to back up his statement. He made it on an open forum and referred to a list of people so now people will get to wondering about it.
He's always quick enough to put his oar in and you're always right there backing him up MM so let's hear him back up his flippant comments for once
Hello Kimbatty
I see your point I do back Helpful up a lot, not always though - its usually because I agree with him on most things
however I've got to say on this one there is not a lot I could say to defend him except how can he possibly think its andrew or payless who are trawling the site for business - when - as they and I have already stated - they barely spend any time here anymore due to other commitments? HWIC, let me see, about one post every week if that? I think you can safely say that IF Mr Helpful WAS aiming that comment at one specific individual it was not AS or Payless as he simply does not know them. It would take a brave individual to hurl accusations at long term posters who he didnt know.

Maybe the OP will return shortly with news that I was completely wrong...
I have to agree with you actually. I won't make any effort to go away and research something for the sake of answering a forum posted question, because I do not wish to obtain business from this forum. For that reason I don't post an answer where a) I dont know it or b) it's already been answered by another broker or c) where the client circumstances obviously indicate that a broker is needed and for whatever reason they wish to avoid this route.
There are brokers on these forums who get business but it doesn't come by holding back information - quite the opposite in fact.
Regards, Andy.
Since everyone has their knickers in a twist I am doing a Kenshaz and robbing from other threads. Is the above not a worse slur?
Did anyone react ? No not really because it doesnt really matter as we should be able to rise above it. I treated it as a bit of fun.
Interesting that there's a second naming for one broker though LOLI like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0 -
