Far from it, I think at least 3 people's names deserve to be cleared
Payless No ones name needs to be cleared as I have said that as far as i am concerned none of the names was doing anything wrong in MY interpretation of the rules. One of the people seemed to be defending me on one of the threads in question. Do I have to name him as well?
For the last time it is not me who has a problem with any broker named or otherwise. If I have caused any of them offence I apologise as no insult was intended. I think if they were upset I would have had a Pm by now.
There is only one problem poster and that is the one who is bullying posters like shameless and Toonfish and when it gets hot runs off and hides behind the moderators back. Please tell me how he has contributed to this thread. he has caused nothing but division. All comments here about brokers relate back to him.
payless i do not know you but have respect for your post's please do not be suckered in by kenshaz and sink to his level. Read his attack on shameless and others and see if it is not him who should apologise.

other people read this forum, for example I often pass this site on to my clients , who are aware of my username ( I'm not afraid of them seeing the competition)

and I would not want my username associated with such a comment, regardless to whether you know its not truth ( for whatever reason)

which is fair enough payless, but you hardly even bother posting anymore so the chances of them seeing something derogatory about you (which has not happened) is pretty slim.

Excuse me but who brought your name up in the first place?
Mr divisive kenshaz. he ha snot said anything nasty about you but has used your name to divide the other brokers. he really has plumbed the depths. he has a go at people and when found to be in the wrong hasnt the guts to apologise.

• Since no-one has done anything wrong I feel very annoyed that Martin has seen fit to post that message here at all.

Kenshaz is simply out to cause trouble.

Who is he anyway? Why does he think he knows everything about everyone and everything? I have read some of his posts on the over 50's boards and they leave nothing to the imagination!

Just a quick reminder - if people are abusing the mortgage adviser code of conduct report them to abuse@moneysavingexpert.com

That's just it - no mortgage advisers are abusing anything.

They are all being abused by someone hounding them!

perhaps Martin is referring to this bit of the MSE rules:
The site will err on the side of the code following advisers. As advisers obeying the code are under much more stringent rules than normal posters if brokers are following rules 1 to 6 of the code of conduct this site will (resources permitting) be supportive. If posters are trying to stop the flow of information and disrupt it (which includes simply linking to site articles without reason/reasoning) as opposed to simply disagreeing on info or advice the site abuse team will err on the side of brokers.

If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.

I think it is quite right for Payless to ask for the Mr H to back up his statement. He made it on an open forum and referred to a list of people so now people will get to wondering about it.

He's always quick enough to put his oar in and you're always right there backing him up MM so let's hear him back up his flippant comments for once
If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun:cool:

How co-incidental this posters very first posts are on this thread ,well what a surprise ,those tactics are a desperate measure,so I believe that we have reason to feel that in future those who do not conduct themselves according to the rules will be scrutinized and reported.

Oh you make the rules do you? Sorry:rolleyes: . One of those brokers you name is rather good a trawling this site looking for business. and one seemed to be defending me in one of the snippets you posted as far as I am concerned they ALL give good advice and help people but I think you have just INSULTED one hell of a lot of brokers here including Mortgage Mamma Toonfish and Dunstonh.
You still havent said what you bring to the thread other than trouble
Keep digging you hole.

Mr Helpful,

Which of the 4 are you referring to? As one of those named on the list above I would like clarification of your statement.

Do the honourable thing and either defend your statement or retract it as you are openly insinuating that any one of the 4 regularly trawls the site for business. If you have a problem with one of those named then be brave enough to take it up with them 1to1 instead of slurring my name as you have here.
