You could buy £40 worth of dairy and get 5 vouchers, yes. Plus potentially get some money back under the price promise if you're careful what you buy.londonTiger wrote: »So whats the offer. Do you just need to buy £8 worth of the dairy. Or do you need to buy 5 promotions of the dairys? Or is it both? You need to buy 5 promotions AND it has to be over £8?
The only stuff I'd ever buy is probably the dairy, the thorntons, andrex are premium brands that I wouldn't normally buy, the nescafe is instant coffee - I only drink brewed coffee. Hmm should I spend £40 on dairy to get 5 vouchers?
If I was really bothered I would make it work, fill up two cars back to back and maximise my savings. But it is a lot of hassle to be honest.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
Not sure about the others, I think the voucher may be on the product wrapper.
The vouchers are all printed at the till if you buy the relevant products. There is nothing different about the product packaging
If you pick the products which are already significantly reduced (eg some blocks of cheese are 2 for 1) and have a big car and can use the vouchers when the tank is empty, it's clearly worth it.We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
The earth needs us for nothing.

If you do it right you can save £15 off a full tank.
It's not too much hassle really. I've done it myself once.0 -

It's not as difficult as it sounds. I got:
5 x 6 pints of milk, put 4 of them in the freezer
£8 of Müller corner and Rachel yoghurts, on reduced offers
3 kg Flora spread on half price offer - shelf life into February
double cream - lightly whipped and put in freezer for Xmas
12 pieces of cheese on 3 for 2 offers, so £25 worth for £17
There is a potential slight drawback though, at least for the local store here. It seems that it doesn't have some of these things on such long shelf life as other stores, so the stuff I bought in Sainsburys a week earlier has later sell by dates.
So keep an eye on the sell by dates when buying, and arrange the fridge to eat them in the right order. I'm just reading up on the chances of freezing some of the cheese, so the Stilton might be still in date when family visit at Xmas.
Yes, sorry that this seems a bit out of place in the motoring board ...0
