I know all about the issue re data protection etc as to why you dont have to give them access, what I want to know is, what is the actual problem with allowing them access, if Im not bothered about the data protection issues?
Are you bothered with people snooping/spying on you, monitoring & controlling you, using to sanction you, coming to snap conclusions/decisons based on what they see ?

You know what JC advisors are like, do you think they will use sensibly & fairly ?

I had one job at the beginning and my last salary then it changed to the NMW and they added Admin to the list then when I went to the WP they told me it had to be 3 so they added Retail but not worked in retail since 1988
they have never given me the opportunity to stipulate a minimum salary. although i am pretty sure at this stage they require me to accept minimum wage. although i think they dont expect people to take part time jobs. there has always been 3 spaces for job types and i believe you are allowed to leave it at 2 if you cant think of a third.

nope never signed anything like that ever. as far as part time jobs go if the issue is ever raised they usually accept it when you say you need a job to be full time.

no not live off - allowed to stay in their house rent free

This could be even a sister or common law brother in law
you still get no housing even if you were paying it before

people who leave the work programme are going to be forced to register and allow their adviser access according to the story about whats next on the government website.

Yeah I read that link, we will have to see what they come up with!

I quite like my advisor, she's quite fit, I don't mind spending some quality time with her.

As I have said, my stint on the WP ends 7/7/13 so I'll post what they do to me next.

I suspect it will be a "placement" at the same "charity" I was sent to last time, and the time before, and the time before that...

A placement? Working? How many placements are these charities going to have? Round here a friend told me there was a 4 yr wait list to work in a charity shop!!!!!

    200+ people cant get placements

You are supposed to have a "review" every six months, they used to call it a restart. You should have got a new JSAg with stricter requirements on it. The requirements get stricter and stricter as time goes by.
