The fact you have been on the course 4 times and still not found a job says a lot. ..if you out as much effort into your job searching as you do spouting nonsense on here you would be a ceo by now

The agencies send or provide these nonsense courses. 'How do you make a brew?', 'If a lift stops at floor 2, and you got on at G level, how many levels did you travel?',

So I find in fact that it is you that talks nonsense, not the poster you quote; you write about something you know nothing about, then criticise people when they are being honest.

Doing these menial courses laid on by corrupt supplier as a4e have been proved to be, or affiliated to, would not give any skills to a 4 year old. In fact they seem to have been written by a 4 year old, and photocopied by their younger sibling, thus making them difficult to read, and understand, due to the various spelling mistakes contained within.

So before you start mouthing off, regarding something you know nothing about, I have to attend one of these tests anytime soon, I'll try to post you a copy; that being a virtually blank page..might be hard to scan/copy...but if you can read it, then you are obviously a CEO of a company. (I hate americanisms).

Horrified to find that out of 8 pages of applications only THREE have read my CV. Ugh.

Also I use request feedback for every application and not one has bothered to reply.

Why are we expected to jump through rings of fire for companies then they ignore our efforts...

Well considering the fact that I have worked on various welfare to work programs for the past 10 years and I'm currently a linked advisor I know exactly what I'm talking about thank you. And there was absolutely no need in the rudeness or arrogance of your post

Thanks for the support Ratboy, but it's best to ignore people like csmw, they are paid well by the taxpayer and add nothing to the nations wealth, mearly subtract for it, it fact, we could dismiss the entire workfare industry, and most of the drones at jobcentres, and the country would benefit immensely!

The whole thing is nothing but an enormous scam!

if you dont realise how bad they are then you dont know what you are talking about even if you do work on them. you should really know better. i know when you are at work you have to say how great they are by default but you can be honest in a place like this where you are annonymous.

You really are an unpleasant and arrogant individual, people search for work in different ways, have different objectives and skills. Yet you see fit to cast disdain on issues you've just proven you know nothing about?

I hope never to deal with you in my life, that's for sure.

I think it shows the total incredulousness of the person, that seems blind to the culture of a work ethic, that has been found and charged, to be corrupt, not fit for purpose, and a waste of tax payers money on a grand scale, and comments by people such as this to the media, as they do, when they are not being jailed on a nearly daily basis, gives "JOBSEEKERS" a bad name, not the minority of "JOBSHIRKERS" that exist...there are far more corrupt vile politicians, and people in power, than those that dodge jobs. And it is these high profile people that are going to jail for claiming thousands/millions unlawfully..NOT the unemployed. Most people that claim dole unlawfully do so, because they are working. So don't blame the unemployed that don't work.

When have I stated I don't realise how bad some of the companies out there are??

The problem that you'll find is most within welfare to work are under immense pressure to hit targets to keep their jobs. Advisor's have families to feed and bills to pay to.. they don't make the rules but they do have to follow them.

Most of us work extremely hard and honestly want to help people back into work..but we are faced with abuse on a daily basis and it can be draining.

You only have to look on these forums the moment you declare you work at a provider or jcp you instantly attacked by the likes of savemedo and krok... now this is only cyber world imagine that on a daily basis but face to face. ..

You hide behind a mask; you quote what is in reality? 100 times worse; people kill themselves based on your decisions

You say you are under immense pressure; POOR YOU! You forget the people that you are trying to help! The pressure YOU get is from the corrupt Government. The people you 'attempt' to help live on the breadline, that you clearly do not have concerns about, that you are attempting to help (supposidly in your job as advisor), but clearly, are only concerned for your own back.
