Amex Foursquare promotion

so many amex/FS threads, sorry if this is in the wrong one. (has there been any suggestion of a merge?)
ok, i have got my 1st card all setup but not tried it yet on a purchase.
i am no techy and all this phone/App stuff is a bit out of my normal useage. so a few questions if someone would be so kind.
we have 4 cards in total.
1. can i use the same phone/App installation for each account, logging in/out of each for each offer?
2. when at the "syncing" stage, where it asks for your amex card number it also asks for an email address, having already logged in using my FS email address do i put the same email here or is it my amex email address? as all 4 cards have the same email address with amex themselves but will obviously have 4 seperate emails registered with FS, one for each card.
3. when finding a deal, eg SHELL, i get a street name and town and a very small map on screen, i cant seem to click anything to get a more accurate description of where the station is, is that the same for others?
thanks alot.0 -
will have another look tomorrow,, maybe its just for an iphone, mine is android maybe thats where the problem is, but again many thanks for the above post it is most helpful :T
I had an old android phone, which initially didn't work, just required a software update which I did via the sony website and now it's fine.
For the other user who asked, it definitely won't work on Nokias/windows phones, you can download the app, but that's it.May'18 DEBT FREE!

I've just used the Shell £15 off £50 purchase successfully. I know it won't appear on my account until the next statement, but in the past I have had success with a Tesco Spend £5 Get £5 special.
Not sure if this website is "official" but all past and present deals can be found at http://www.foursquareamex.com/ The also have a Twitter account @FourSquareAmex:j Only just realised there is an IGNORE button to filter out narcissistic trolls :j0 -

Does it have to be done on a mobile? Is it possible to do this by checking in on a laptop connected by mobile dongle? Has anyone tried?0 -

Correct. Once per card per offer period.Littlepants wrote: »Does it have to be done on a mobile? Is it possible to do this by checking in on a laptop connected by mobile dongle? Has anyone tried?
Yes it does. There's no Foursquare app for laptops so it has be done on an iOS, Android or Blackberry device.
Even Windows 8 phones have the app but aren't compatible.| Amex & Foursquare Hoarder |Cashback & Points (26/02/13)

This may be a daft question, but does the mobile phone have to be registered to yourself? Is it possible to do it by using someone else's phone, and getting them to download the app? Assuming they were with me at the time, could I then check in with my details, and use my Amex card, while using someone else's phone?0 -
Have also used the Shell offer successfully last week and had the credit in 2 working days after0
