Nope. You can only redeem the offer once, won't work at another store.

Hi

I'm finding this app very confusing. I can't seem to search on my mobile app for shell where I live. I tried changing the location to a city nearby that has a number of shell stations. I wasn't sure how to load to card so checked in at one about 15 miles away on my ipad. Now it says unlocked every check in. Does this mean I can only use the garage I check in at?

Do I load to card now? Or do I wait until I am ready to use it?

I wish there was a sticky with screenshots at the beginning of this thread as the app doesn't see seem to have a help button and is not user friendly.

It's still worth the phaffing about for the discounts

If anyone can provide a step by step guide to searching, checking in and loading to card, that would be helpful and any help is welcomed with open arms

You can load to card at any time and the check-in/load will remain until the offer finishes.

I went into Shell today to have a look at the giftcards. They've got loads:

Got myself 2x £25 Amazon giftcards instead!
And got a Foursquare notification straight away on the app to confirm the £15 will be credited in my statement. Result! :rotfl:

My foursquare offers didnt work last summer and didnt work last november either. i have siynched and re synched, and triple checked the offers on computer phone and Ipad. I did everything i was supposed to do, so I complained

It took nearly 3 months for them to investigate my complaint of two times harvey nicks £25, 2 x gap £10 and 1 x satrbucks £5 credits not appearing

Today they apologised for the small shops promotion not working, and my 5 x £5 small shops not crediting, so sent me £25 and £75 in inconveniance and fuming frustration compensation.

EH !!!!! I figure its even, with the £75 credits and £25 compensation, and I cannot bear to go back into it again. Everytime i deal with them, it is this bizarre. Twice bitten by foursquare promotion, I'm not touching it again, just so I dont have to talk to my bonkers credit card company again. they scare me how non sensical they are.

Who exactly did you complain to? My credit cards are with Lloyds and MBNA and I think I'd be wasting my time complaining to them.

Min is an american express card. oh the joy! good luck

Never had any problems on all my cards and they're a mixture of Amex, MBNA and Lloyds. Sounds like you've had very bad luck or haven't done something right.
